Private Plan Cancelled!

Hi Everyone,
More research from my last post has given me some clarity.
Turns out while Yeu Yeun Industrial are the largest Shareholder of Pou Sheng, they are not the Parent Company (silly me, how confusing is this Company structure stuff!). My Company’s parent company is indeed Pou Chen Corp!
While Yeu Yeun was in favour of selling its shares as part of the planto go private, more than 10% of Shareholders voted against the decision.

Why am I actually finding this research into my Company so interesting… I feel like Nancy Drew.
